Metro stop Parallel is 50 meters away, from which you can easily reach all crucial spots in town. Be a city dweller with a view! There''s a lift from the first level (one flight to reach it) and another flight of stairs from 4th floor to the apartment level. Super quiet and silent, even though is one of the most centric locations you can get! There is one bedroom with wardrobe and drawers, a/c, and the bathroom comes with a shower. Hairdryer is included. The apartment is equipped with bed linen, towels, hair dryer and fully equipped kitchen. There is washing machine, iron and vacuum cleaner. Smart TV (with Google Chrome), HiFi and fast Internet connection complete the extras. Please note that you will need to sign a medium term rental contract.
