The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your favorite dishes (coffee maker, kettle, microwave, washing machine, etc.) and has a living room with a comfortable sofa bed perfect for resting after a day discovering the city, high-speed Wi-Fi and TV. In addition, the apartment has: AC, heating, bed linen, towels, hair dryer... The AC cannot be used from 00:00 to 8:00. The apartment is on the fourth floor with an elevator. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment.
