The two bedrooms have street-facing balconies. All rooms come with a comfortable Bed: Single double / 1.40m x 2.00m. , closet, desk, and chair. A living-dining area. High-speed WiFi included. All bedsheets can be ordered if you wish when you arrive , the price is 60.-€ for each bed (120.-€ total aprox). If you don ́t want besheets it is not mandatory to get them. Electricity and water is 165.-€ each month aprox. Cleaning is 60.-€ a month for six hours and you will have to pay directly to the cleaning lady.
