Enjoy modern appliances such as a washing machine, Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating via split unit, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, vitroceramic cooktop, and all basic utensils. An iron and drying rack are also available for your convenience. Thanks to its privileged location, you can walk to the Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Plaza de España, and the Royal Palace, all within 10–15 minutes. Accommodation is only available for temporary stays of more than 30 days.
