It is the ideal place to have a pre-lunch drink on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at El Rastro, a very diverse open-air market. 🍁The apartment: Bright and spacious, cosy and impeccably decorated, this magnificent apartment invites you to stay as soon as you enter. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with lift access, has an area of 85 m2 and has the perfect layout for 8 people. Ideal for families with children or groups of friends. Upon entering, you can enjoy a lounge decorated with great taste, with a comfortable sofa bed and a lovely seating area. It has three bedrooms, two of which have double beds, and the third room has two single beds. The kitchen, independent from the living room, is equipped with everything necessary, including high-end appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, individual gas boiler. The bathroom is modern and has a shower. There is WiFi connection, heating. This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within about 150 metres of the apartment. The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance. Air conditioning only in the living room. Central heating hours (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM. 🍁To be taken into account: IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival. Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times. The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment.
